These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sked Social platform, website, and related services (collectively the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Services
Sked provides a social media management platform that enables you to plan, publish, approve, analyse, and report on social media content across connected third-party channels.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old and authorised to bind your organisation to these Terms. You're responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Plans, pricing, and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can upgrade your plan at any time; upgrades take effect immediately and are billed prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Prices, features, and addon availability may change from time to time. We'll give you reasonable notice of material changes that affect your active subscription.
4. Your content
You retain all ownership and rights to content you upload to Sked. You grant Sked a limited licence to host, transmit, and publish your content on the third-party channels you connect.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate the terms of the connected third-party platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Use the Services to publish unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or abusive content.
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from the Services.
- Use the Services to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam).
6. Third-party channels
Sked publishes to third-party platforms on your behalf. You're responsible for complying with each platform's own terms. We can't guarantee uninterrupted posting — third-party APIs and policies change, and some content may be rejected or delayed by the destination platform.
7. Termination
You can cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms after giving reasonable notice.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Where legally required we provide consumer guarantees — otherwise no express or implied warranties apply.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sked's aggregate liability arising from your use of the Services is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Victoria unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
